Yes — you get the full Gold tier completely free for 6 months. No card required upfront, no auto-charge during the free period, no surprise billing. After 6 months, Founding Agents get a locked-in rate of KES 500/month — 80% off the standard KES 2,500 — for as long as RentSpace exists.

You choose. Either continue on the Founding Agent rate of KES 500/month — locked forever, never increases — or drop back to the free Silver tier (15 listings, standard placement). Your existing listings stay live either way. There is no penalty for not continuing, and no forced upgrade. KES 500/month works out to about KES 17/day — less than a single boda ride per week.

No catch — this is a genuine supply-first launch strategy. We need quality listings from serious agents in our core zones to establish RentSpace as the trusted, verified platform. Founding Agents are the foundation. In return, you get 6 months free and a rate that never rises.

Up to 50 active listings at a time during your 6 free months and after. If you need more later, you can upgrade to Platinum at the standard rate — but for most agents, 50 is more than enough.

Yes. Every listing has your WhatsApp and phone number. Clients reach out directly. We don't intercept or resell leads. You own the client relationship entirely.

We're flexible — the 14-day window is meant to keep things moving, not to punish busy agents. If you're making real progress but need more time, we'll extend. If after 30 days you're still under 10 listings, we may release the slot for another agent, but you'll never be charged for it.

Founding Agent benefits apply across Kenya. But we prioritise agents from Kitengela, Syokimau, Karen, Kilimani, and Westlands since those are our core launch zones. If you operate outside these areas, you can still apply — we'll review case by case.
